IMC12 Early Career Mycologists Symposium

IMC12 Early Career Mycologists Symposium

Invitation to the IMC12 Early Career Mycologists Symposium

For the first time, the International Mycological Congress is hosting a symposium organized by and for early-career mycologists with the collaboration of the European Mycology Society, Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute and British Mycological Society. Are you a student or a scientist who is up to 10 years after your last degree (BSc, MSc, PhD)? Do you want to share your research on fungi with your peers and future collaborators? Then join us at the IMC12 Early Career Mycologists Symposium in the Netherlands!

The symposium will take place on Sunday, August 11, 2024. There will be many interesting talks on diverse topics in mycology, as well as educational talks by Neil Gow. Our Keynote speaker will be Dr. Camille Truong!

Don’t miss the opportunity, not only for meeting enthusiastic young mycologists and experts in your field to make new connections and expand your network, but also for presenting your research and winning one of the two “Best Presentation Prizes”!

Please check the congress website for the abstract submission and registration for IMC12 Early Career Mycologists Symposium.

We are looking forward to meeting you at IMC12 in Maastricht the Netherlands!
